How it works

They open your link and find a wrapped box on a linen tabletop, tied with a bow. They pull the ribbon: the bow unties and slides away, the lid lifts, and warm light spills out of the box. A folded note rises from inside, opens in front of them, and your message is written out by hand, stroke by stroke. If you added a photo, it sits on the note beside your words.

Choose a wrapping: ivory with red silk, kraft with linen, forest with gold, midnight with copper, or blush with cream.

Add their name and yours, and write a message of up to 400 characters. Add a small photo if you like.

Pick the handwriting and ink, then create the gift link.

Send it by WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, email, QR code or your phone's share sheet.

A gift box works whenever you'd normally hand someone a small parcel: birthdays, anniversaries, a new job, a graduation, a thank-you, or the day a real present is late in the post. It's also a lovely way to announce a gift you can't wrap, like tickets, a trip or an evening together.

Is the digital gift box really free?

Yes. Making, sending and opening it is free, with no account and no watermark.

Can I put an actual present inside?

The box carries your message and, if you like, a small photo. Many people use it to reveal a real gift: write what it is, where to find it, or when it's happening.

Who can see my message?

Only people who have the link. Each gift is saved under a short private link that isn't listed anywhere. We keep it for at least two years and delete it on request (info@novpix.com).

Will it work on their phone?

Yes. It opens in any modern browser on a phone or computer, with no app to install. If they prefer reduced motion, they see the opened gift and your message straight away.

Can I keep a copy for myself?

After you create the link, you can download a still image (PNG) of the opened gift with your message.
